All Orders will normally be recieved within 21 days
Lost or damaged goods will be replaced provided the necessary Royal Mail (or other carrier) paperwork is completed by the customer to enable us to make a claim. Damaged goods, with packaging, must be retained for inspection by the carrier. We must be notified immediately of any damage, or if your order is not received within one week after we notify dispatch (website sales) or four weeks of ordering.
Defective goods will be replaced free of charge and postage refunded, but only if returned. We advise that you obtain a certificate of posting.
Out of stock goods: If any item ordered is out of stock we will offer you the choice of a refund or dispatch as soon as new stocks are available. If an item is no longer available, we will send a refund.
Right to return: Under the Sale of Goods (Mail Order) Act, 2001 you have the right to return goods if you change your mind about ordering. The following conditions apply:
Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt and you must pay the postage.
We advise that you obtain a certificate of posting and pay for insurance to cover the value of the goods, so that you can claim against the carrier in the event of loss or damage.
We can make a refund only when goods are received undamaged.
The right to return does not include items no longer in mint condition, which includes goods that have been removed from their protective film wrapper and are thus no longer saleable at full retail price as new.
Videos are not returnable unless defective - we regret that this restriction is necessary, but otherwise we are at risk of being used as a free video library!
PayPal payments will be refunded via PalPal. All other refunds will be made by cheque, and net of our costs in sending your order, which include the postage we have paid and a handling charge of £1 per item.
If any item that forms part of a discounted offer for multiple items is returned, at our discretion the discount is void and the retained goods must be paid for at normal retail price.
Only the difference between the value of the retained goods and the total paid will be refunded, less the postal and handling charges specified above.
